Booked a family room over the long weekend. The night receptionist/attendant has been very helpful. Very pleased with her, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. Extra soft pillows that were provided were filthy. They were covered by the previous occupants' hair, and I had to change pillow cases myself. Room didn't come with air-conditioning but was provided with again, filthy electric fan, covered in thick dust that doesn't seem to expel any breeze. Kept the windows open, but the scent of manure greets you in the morning. On 3rd day, I requested to have our room cleaned, as I thought rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, but apparently this is only done upon request. Upon request, receptionist noted down pur room number and was told it will be cleaned after 10am, when we came back in the evening, room was not touched apart from change of towels that were left on top of the toilet seat that has not been cleaned. Not coming back, this branch would have been ideal for our future visits to our relatives but won't be coming back again. Couldn't fault staff at Beefeater, but food was overpriced.
